Welcome to review consignment development (manufacturing) flow for projects (MCU, hardware, software and hardware integrated circuit). In order to save our time, please read the following consignment development (manufacturing) flow carefully:

1.If you are not equipped with development facilities or unwilling to invest much more fees, or have few developers but hope for a quick input into the market, in a word that in any conditions you are unwilling to make development, then what can you do? First, you can discuss the feasibility of project with our technician or salesman through telephone, email or QQ message.

2.If you decide to cooperate with us after discussion, please fax or email us about your detailed requirements or product’s function you consigned.

3.Evaluation and sending back: We will send back after careful evaluation according to your requirements.

    A.Whether the project could be done?

    B.Estimated development cycle.

    C.The amount of development Guarantee Fund.

    D.Guarantee Fund will be returned when orders reach to a fixed amount within specified period of time.

    E.As for the project which is not developded successfully within the development cycle, all Guarantee Fund will be returned.

    F.Estimation includes MCU unit price; 

(If only for hardware products development, hardware costs will be estimated.)

4.Signing contract: Both parties sign contract after concluding to an agreement.

5.Remittence and sample: Your company provide Guarantee Fund and sample or outline dimension through Fax.

6.Development and design: Relying on the principle of “promoting clients to success with expertise”, VAST technology will provide you with high quality and rapid development and design.

7.Sample test: When development finishes, we will provide sample to you for your testing.

8.Acceptance and order:You may placea batch order with us after your approval of test.

9.Shipment according to order: Full cost should be paid before ordering and then fax to us. We will handle shipment according to the Fax order.

10.Refund of Guarantee Fund: As per the contract, VAST will return all Guarantee Fund when orders reach to a fixed amount within specified period of time.

    Other discussion: Any unsettled issues will be further discussed by both parties.
